Enrollment and Tuition
Enrollment
Each EfM group is guided and administered by a trained mentor. Enrollment is done directly through the mentor and he or she will have all the necessary forms. The timing of registration depends on the start/end dates of the group and information for prospective members can be found on the group information pages of "+ Where Can I find an EfM Group?".
Tuition
The fee for the upcoming program year for groups sponsored by the Diocese of Virginia is $350. A fee reduction is available to groups based on the number of students and is available when there is a significant financial need. Sewanee does charge a processing fee for withdrawals and canceled registrations of $40 and this fee will be deducted from all refunds, regardless of the reason.
Forms with updated tuition and shipping information are available on the EfM website. http://www.sewanee.edu/EFM/EFMMentorForms.htm
CEUs
The EfM program does not provide course credits since it requires no grade work or examinations. However, the University of the South can award Continuing Education Credits for EfM at the rate of eighteen (18) CEU for each year of work. Guidelines for granting CEU require that the participant be present for at least 90% of the seminars and written documentation of CEU can be requested from the EFM office.
